Everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving. 1 Timothy 4:4
I will praise the name of God with song and magnify him with thanksgiving, and it will please Yahweh. Psalm 69:30-31
The grace of God magnificently shows
Us how completely satisfied his heart
Must be; for all the goodness he bestows
On us becomes a work of sacred art.
There is no detail insignificant,
No element too trivial to heed;
The goodness of each person, place and plant
Is clear in that it meets a certain need.
Abundant goodness is magnificent;
We see the infinite variety
In life and sense a love extravagant
And free, affecting all society.
So we, with hearts united, speak the word
Of thanks and magnify your goodness, Lord.
